sandisk is one of the brands that is faked the most.

That may be why I've never had any trouble with SanDisk. I've only bought them from vendors I can trust. (I really wish I could find a trustworthy source for inexpensive 8GB microSD cards--not restricted to SanDisk. Perhaps there is a bulk source somewhere that someone knows about?)

Ethernet over HDMI has been previously reported as not possible in the B because of a limitation in the SoC so I presume that is still true with B+ as it is using the same SoC.

As I want to use emails, owncloud, and filehosting... I think i'll get a 32/64 Go microSD (at least not a 8 go as the one recommanded).

What kind of micro-SD should I buy ?
Is SDHC/SDXC important, should I prefer one or another (I've found information of RP B not supporting SDXC... but what about the B+ ?)
Which class / quality should I get, is Wrinting/reading speed important for my use ?

Through Newegg I found a "10 pack" of 8GB Class 4 SanDisk microSD cards for $50 with free shipping. The each have the full size adapter plus an empty "case" that can hold 2 adapters and 6 microSD cards. So...$5 each.

SD card support, apart from going to uSD from full size SD, is the same on the B and the B+.

I'd suggest class 4 or 6. The Foundation sells a decent one but might not be big enough for your needs.

In general, any SD card will work with the Pi. The only thing to be wary of is older class 10 cards - these sacrifice random read/write performance for sequential write performance.

A recent internal survey of class 10 "performance" cards has revealed that the gap between class 4 / 6 and class 10 cards has narrowed substantially in recent months. Just beware of class 10 cards (Samsung EVO line) that have reportedly "premium" levels of performance. You will need recent firmware to prevent a rare lockup when working with high-performance cards.

A Pi doesn't need a heatsink.

ALL heatsinks and ALL fans are a complete waste of money.

Is the LAN and USB implementation in Model B+ any different from Model B?
I used to have a Model B but I sold it because after a few days I would lose ethernet connectivity.
I need a rock-solid ethernet connection so I wonder if things have improved in Model B+?

Power supply on B+ is much improved, it also uses the 4 port version of the chip. As far as I know, there are no current problems with wired Ethernet dropping out (I cannot actually remember any from back in the day either). This sort of thing is almost certainly a software rather than a HW issue anyway, so the design of the board is likely irrelevant.
