Hello,
My husband's birthday is in 1 month. One day we were surfing online together and he came across the Raspberry Pi and he said he would like to buy it one day and create a web server or something like that, so he could host websites for fun. I want to buy it for him. Is it enough to order just Type B Single Board Computer 512MB for that, or I should get something more? I just want him to have everything at once, so he wouldn't need to buy any more details. Thank you.

The closest thing to an 'official' shopping list is on Page 2 of the Quick Start Guide

Here's my shopping list.
You will need:
You will need:
- One Raspberry Pi (model B)
- One microUSB phone charger (rated at 1A or higher)
- One 4GB (or larger) SD card
- One USB keyboard
- One USB mouse
- One EDIMAX USB WiFi dongle
- One USB hub (the Pi only has two USB sockets)
- One HDMI TV
- One HDMI cable
- One husband
- One garden shed to put him in
Any language using left-hand whitespace for syntax is ridiculous

Re: I want to buy a PI for my husband
While all of the things listed earlier might be needed - it is quite likely that he already has bits and pieces cluttering your home and does not need much of this stuff.
The RPi that you listed might well be enough - although I'd add power supply and SD card to be safer.
If other bits turn out to be needed in the future then Christmas is sorted!

If your husband is going to use the Raspberry Pi as a web server, he will probably want to put it in a case. There are a number of cheap plastic cases around that work very well.

Try this kit from Adafruit that comes with everything you need (minus a monitor and monitor cable): http://www.adafruit.com/products/1014
