image is horizontally flipped

New module, no problem connecting, but image is flipped.
Using raspistill -hf -o image.jpg shows a correct image.
Can the image be flipped to stay in correct orientation?

This is a known issue and I believe is fixed in the next release.

Sounds like it's different for different people - is that true?

depends how you hold the camera! It is always "mirror image" but may also be upside down, if for example as on my installation, the cable goes up instead of down. So I need to rotate the image 180 as well as flip left-right. There isn't a "rotate by 180" option, but both operations can be done in one go with the vertical flip.

EDIT: JamesH points out below that the rotate 180 does exist; I looked for it and missed it... well it was very late last night.

There is a rotate by 180 option...you can do 90, 180, or 270.
