Re: First Model As up for auction!
Seems to be going well!
We've got nine on the go (and number ten to be announced)
We've had RS, Sony, Rob Mullins, Farnell, David Braben, Alan Mycroft, Adafruit, Pete Lomas and the Mods.
We've got three more to go. So who are they?
When's Mooncake getting a go?
I bet it won't be Battersea Dog's Home

I hope the remaining ten raise as much for their charities as the first two did (£431 and £300 respectively)

Re: First Model As up for auction!
Would it be possible to have an announcement about the results of all the auctions? There is so much going on with the Pi that I cannot keep track of everything (what with Christmas as well)
It would be great to know how much the 12 raised for their charities - Thanks

Re: First Model As up for auction!
I wish that were true, I'd love a model A!
Re: First Model As up for auction!
I won thye first of the charity auctions for a Model A Raspberry Pi with the proceeds going to CLIC Sargent: Caring for Children with Cancer. The items included in the auction were:
1 Model A Raspberry Pi computer
1 T-Shirt
1 Pi Plate (a prototyping board)
1 signed copy of the Raspberry Pi User Guide by Eben Upton and Gareth Halfacree
However I have only received the first two items. Now my requests for information are being ignored. Have any of the other winning bidders not received all the items promised?

Movement at last. It seems the Pi Plate is now on its way.
....but I must wait a little longer for the book.
