Re: Will the R-Pi be sold at cost, or at a profit?

I have been thinking of a few projects that would use lots and lots of R-Pis, and I'd hate to think I was ruining the people behind it by buying more of them. Are the R-Pis going to be sold at parts cost or will they provide a profit to those selling them?

I'd like to think that with some of the schemes on the wiki (buy one give one, pi + optional donation) most of us will take up on one or the other... :D

Enough profit will be made to run the charity. In the UK, a charity is exactly that, you cannot make a profit for profits sake, it all gets put back in the charity. So any money made will go to providing Raspi's to areas that cannot afford to buy them.
