Hi.
I wanna turn my Raspberry Pi 1b into a information center to display buss time and weather in my area.
I'm a complete newbie on this, and want to learn how. Want some kind of direction on where to start.

Start by downloading the recommended and supported RasPiOS Buster Operating System https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspberry-pi-os/ and install it to a microSD card as documented by Raspberry Pi here - https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/pat ... spberry-pi

I'd consider setting it up as a "magic mirror", although optionally with just a normal display rather than an actual mirror.
I've done that with an old PiTop Ceed that I had on my desk that got rarely used for its intended purpose. Now it displays time, weather forecast, news headlines, storm warnings, ping results for various servers on my network and a summary of my email headers.
