Can't get 3.5" LCD to work with Pi 4

Hey guys!
I am a Raspberry newbie! Got my first raspberry PI 4 4 GB. And after I installed the OS. And after I connected my raspberry to my keyboard, mouse and monitor, i wanted to activate my 3.5 LCD RPI screen.
So i do exactly as the instruction told me to do. But after i finish the commands my monitor turns black and my LCD is still only white. i tried to do it 4 times and i restarted it several times. But it still doesnt work. Help me! I pull my hair out soon!

What make and model 3.5" LCD are you trying to use?

It says 3.5" LCD RPI on the back. i bought kit B on the link below.

1. What instructions have you followed? Don't make us guess.
2. What is in your config.txt file?
3. What do the following commands return:

$ dmesg

I followed the instructions and wrote the commands in CMD that followed with the screen. The commands you just wrote? What are those for? I am a total beginner with raspberry PI.

That's great for you, but I can't see the instructions so I've no idea what you've done. You should at least be able to open a Terminal window (or CMD as you call it) and type

grep -v -E "^(#|$)" /boot/config.txt

and show me the output.

The other commands I listed are my attempt to determine what state your system is in, looking for error messages and other clues.

The ebay url has a simple instruction:

Before you use screen, you need to install a driver for the screen in your system

And that is it. Typical ebay seller!

You could try to ask the seller for support, I hope but doubt he will be able to.
