Raspberry Pi as dualshock 3/4

Is it possible to turn Raspberry PI into Bluetooth game controller which can be used to replay keypress sequence?

My impression is that this may be possible but it's a lot harder than the (solved) reverse problem of a real DS4 talking to a Pi.

A DS4 talks to the world as a regular Bluetooth gamepad, so ds4drv is basically there only to take care of the light bar and button mappings. However, AFAIK the PS4 only accepts a subset of Bluetooth gamepads designed for PlayStation, so you'd have to take care to match many of the details at https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps4/DS4-BT

The ds4 may have a custom chip on board as it uses a touchpad as well as gyroscope input.

More than that.
The DS4 has a gyroscope, accelerometer, two motors with uneven semicircle weights, touch pad, two analogue joysticks, light bar, speaker, two charging points, aux output, 18 buttons (6 of which are analogue/digital) and a battery.
There may be other features I am forgetting.
