That certainly seems high for Pihole .yslupdates wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2019 4:03 amHello my RPi 4 1GB is averaging about 70C while only running Pihole. I'm on Raspbian Buster Lite.
Is there anyway to reduce these temperatures?Code: Select all
sudo vcgencmd measure_temp temp=70.0'C uptime 21:01:57 up 57 min, 1 user, load average: 0.05, 0.15, 0.09

Just out of interest ..... can you recall what temperature the Pihole was running atmiraceti wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2019 5:02 amI was having similar heat problems with PiHole and solved it by fitting a heat sink. There are a number on the market but get one with long cooling fins. I also leave the top of the case off and have a small 12V 80mm case fan running at 5V, mounted beside the Pi and I get 28 Deg C with an ambient temperature of 25 Deg C. Hope that helps
