PI Based EMS

Tue Jun 18, 2019 6:42 am

So I found out that you can tone muscle with ems and I am wondering if the Raspberry Pi can do EMS muscle toning for full body, and if so, how do I do it.

Disclaimer: I do not speak for or on behalf of the Raspberry Pi Foundation. Nor do I have any medical training or qualification.

See, for example: https://www.onhealth.com/content/1/musc ... _they_work

I suspect the Raspberry Pi Foundation would not want their product or website being seen as promoting the supposed benefits of an untested technique.

But I guess that you are free to experiment on yourself in the privacy of your own home...

Designing your own "electrical muscle shocking apparatus" is dangerous, and can damage your health.
All such equipment should be tested by a regulatory instance before it can be safely used, its not something you should build yourself.
The RPF will not be held responsible for any experimenting with such devices.
therefore locking.
