Pi in an Atari 2600 game

Hi,

Someone posted a video about how they'd do this but never posted part 2! I went ahead and tried myself, not the best job but better than a bare board. HDMI and GPIO are not accessable but the projects I'm working on I don't need them (at least for now) but I';m sure I could make a neat way of getting at them if needed. I have finished a case mod using an Atari 2600 cartridge. It's a tight fit, but it works. Here's a zip folder with a 3D SketchUp model complete with measurements and a PDF with details for each side of the cartridge. It also includes images of the cover art and of my first draft/proof of concept (the Dremel work is pretty crude and it's missing the newly designed cover art, but I'm working on the second installment now).

You should of stuck that game on ebay if it was working, seam orignal games fetch good money.

Anybody had ago with the Atari 2600 emulator ?

Mcfestoe: It's only Asteroids so not really worth much! It's the only cart I have a duplicate of so thought I might as well!

I've designed a basic label and will post pictures when it's on.

I have a couple of old cartridges I'm going to modify for my 2 x Pi's to go in: Adventure and Dig Dug!

If I remember, I will document the process and provide details & photos either here or on the instructables site of how to do it.

I would be happy to davidhales but I will say this. Making the case was a lot of fun & I would recommend everyone make their own to make it more personal.
