RPi3 Freeze

Hey, for some time I've been facing problem of my rpi3 freezing in the middle of the night. I'm using Raspbian (lite I guess), recently Pi-hole (problem occurred before I installed it) and Deluge (+ deluge-web) which was launch last night in which freeze occurred. I'm using static IP at ethernet and wlan. Also I have hamachi (ham0). There is log:

Nothing obvious in the log that I spotted. You are using a swap file, which is probably unnecessary.

What are you actually running overnight?

What version of Raspbian are you using?

Do you have anything plugged in?

There is Deluge running in the night. Raspbian is probably latest. Nothing plugged in, just AC and ethernet cable connecting pi to PC.

OK, let's sort that "probably" first, then we know where we are.
Start your Pi, connect to ethernet (with internet access), and get a command line prompt. Type these commands:

If you are really lucky, that will solve the problem. If not, at least you can delete "probably" which will make troubleshooting easier.

The Read-Only errors can be caused by ignoring a partitions "ro" flag, OS error/crash forced re-mount into safe mode, and or the Flash memory is quietly failing. I suspect with a write-heavy server running that your flash simply has begun to fail, and if you have free space on a "rw" mount this is probably the case.

Sometimes, I found upgrading to Stretch was an unclean process for our systems, and required importing the selected package list into a fresh Raspbian image install.

Also, weird DNS errors are common in systems where the router (mostly UPnP or Samba related exploits), and or ISP is fiddling with the network traffic.
I would recommend Google 8.8.8.8 or Cloadflare 1.1.1.1 if you can't get a VPN tunnel service.

I observe P2P traffic attracts all the wrong kinds of network load from commercial IP hitman, bots, and or ISP NOC sand-boxing network access. File-sharing clients are a primary source of Trojans/Worms people tend to either download or have remotely exploited.

We included pglcmd on our clubs OS, as we know students are curious about studying the global network ecosystem. Yet with ipv6 YMMV. ;-)

All right so you are saying that it has to be the "swap partition"' fault. I mean maybe Pi-hole or Deluge installed it automatically. How can I fix it?

It doesn't HAVE to be the swap, but we do not recommend swap partitions on the SD carad as it wears them out. And the issues you are seeing could well be down to a failing SD card.

So how can it be done anyway as I want my sd card to be in a good condition. And how can I fix the read only file system
