I have the slightly cheaper model MS8221C (two of them)
It lacks the manul ranging option and has an annoyance that it always starts in the wrong mode for me and I cannot set it to a defualt (I use DC noramlly but it defaults to AC and I have to press a button, that hardship, similar for temperature iirc.
You'll have frequency and a few extra nice to haves, though nothign I would use. I only ever get up to mains voltage (240V) testing, anything higher and I would need something up to 5kV.
All it seems to work well enough, has taken drops and has the same green grippy textured casing (I wish phones would use it more often). solid construction.
