It's not a computer, it's a Kodi box from streaming dodgy video.
Or for playing old 80s and early 90s games.

A few use it as a 'computer'

And yes if the graph of Raspbian downloads at Christmas time show, there has been a big increase of new ones being used :-)
That or people stuck at home with family and cannot get to work, so find relief by update their old setup to a nice fresh end of 2017 one. Your typical older 'computer user's.

No harm in someone asking about Windows7 though, and no harm in somebody thinking it may run it.
At least they come to ask the question.
