Is the word "buy" missing from your subject line ?

If you are willing to buy Pi0 for 20$ (assuming it was per unit ??)I would suggest buying Pi3 for 35$ instead. I dont know exactly what setup you want for a "coding program" but I feel you are going to spend more money on the extra hardware ( usb-hub, mini-hdmi adapter, network etc ) you need for the Pi0 than you will save compared to buying a much more flexible Pi3.

No I mean several used pi zeros for 20$... I don't mean 1 pi zero for 20$

Since postal charges might eat up most of your $20 budget, it might be worth putting your location in your profile (from your seventh post I gather you're in Miami?)
You never know, you might get lucky - somebody in the next road might come knocking!

So you are looking for three for $20 when the lowest cost with shipping when they are actually available is at least $10 each?
