RetroPie screen rotation

Hi All
I am wanting to use RetroPie on a PI 3B for a cocktail cabinet, is there a way to have the screen either automatically rotated 180 degrees for the 2nd player or have a button on the cabinet to manually rotate the screen with a hotkey or something?
the emulators for use will be Nintendo and super Nintendo as well as Gameboy color.

arcade games (MAME/FBA) often have optional 'cocktail' modes which rotate the game for each player. other than that, no.
