What's the purpose of raspberry pi jams?
I went to my first one and I didn't get the purpose of it. It was three hours.

From https://www.raspberrypi.org/jam/ -

Raspberry Jams are events organised by the community for people to share knowledge, learn new things, and meet other Pi enthusiasts. They’re a great way to find out more about the Raspberry Pi and what you can do with it, and to find like-minded people.

Have you considered volunteering your assistance so that the next such event more closely meets your expectations?

You're complaining because your get bored because you're boring.
Come on, if that's true don't go... BUT if you're ready to melt with the crowd go and I'm sure you'll find ways to contribute, as you seem to do in this forum !

Some more background reading from today's blog post by the Raspberry Pi Foundation.

(You still haven't said anything that might be helpful to organisers, such as what your hopes or expectations were.)
