RPI -CMIO board and SD card

i see this comes with SD Card slot but when i insert a card RPI -CMIO board dont seems like reading it

Have you set USB Boot jumper (J4) correctly (refer to schematic here https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... IO_3p0.pdf)?

And ... you can't boot from uSD if you have a Compute Module WITH eMMC onboard! Only CM3L/CM3L+ can use uSD slot for booting.
