No, in fact it's been updated to include the new CM3+ modules.

RPT have stated it will be offered long term, so just have to wait for stock become available for new model:

Not only that, but the price of the new one is much more reasonable. CMIO3+ carrier, plus a CM3L+ and a CM3-32+ all for $100. In the previous iteration, the carrier board alone was selling for $120.
