USB Slave on Compute Module IO Board 3

Hi There,
When Jumper J4 on the CM IO Board v3 is set to "Boot Enabled", can that USB Slave port be used for USB Gadget functionality (Ethernet and/or file transfer)? Assuming the gadget functionality is enabled in the kernel.
