Otg on usb slave

Hi everybody, I have a question: I have compute module 3, and IO board like this one:

My question is, can I use micro usb slave port with otg cable + usb hub for attaching keyboard and dongle on it, like i did it with near usb host (without otg)? And how(is there some additional configuration settings)

Alternative question: Is it possible to achieve connection via usb slave port to PC (ssh or minicom..) for working on it?

You can either have USB OTG (slave, you can connect it to your PC (host) as USB gadget) or USB host (now Pi is the master,you can connect Hubs and/or slaves (i.e. Mouse and keyboard) but not both.

You can configure it as USB ethernet gadget so you can even use VNC...
