Im curretly trying to use './rpiboot' with pi0 and piA and have seen abit of 'stops at Waiting for BCM2835/6/7 like forever'
after messing about abit with different cables , adapters
rpiboot -d [directory] : Boot the device using the boot files in 'directory'
+ firmware copyed from the fat pertitions of various images
at least in the case of pi0 and piA the firmware version used appears critical to success
