I am a hardware designer and new to Raspberry.
I know that Raspberry Pi 2 has the BCM2835 ARM processor on the board.
We are at present doing a design on Raspberry Pi 2 board and the design may need customization of board before the board goes for mass manufacturing.
Wanted to know how we can purchase BCM2835 alone.
Thanks and regards,

Several things here.... First, the original Pi2B used the BCM2836. The current version (v1.2) uses the BCM2837 (same SoC as the Pi3B). For an industrial desgn, you may want to look at the Compute Module (the specific subject of this sub-forum).
Farnell (Newark/Element14) runs a custom Pi operation. You'll have to pay for any R&D costs and make a minimum order of 3K to 5K units.
The way to get BCM2835 or BCM2837 SoCs from Broadcom is to negotiate to buy them in quantity. Something on the order of hundreds of thousands...per quarter.
