USB not recognized problem.

Wed Nov 09, 2016 11:54 am

i have designed a custom motherboard and had it manufactured but when i try to flash the emmc using USB on my windows machine it pops up a notification saying "USB not recognized " and in the rpiboot tool it keeps on waiting meaning no signal is being received.
So while troubleshooting the board we found that it follows all the requirements that are specified in the raspberry pi documentation regarding the use of the compute module for development.
So me and my team have decided to look for outside help.
We are requesting for one on one help via email or skype or even on the forum itself.
If anyone is interested more details about the project will be availed and we can exchange contacts as well.

Thanks.

Hey, I hadn't yet seen it, but now that I've read through I do not think that is the problem. Because we bought one CM to try on our custom CMIO and I'm pretty sure it was new.
But still we haven't gotten it to work yet. That's why we are looking for external help.
Thanks
