Empower surveillance camera with AI/Deep Learning on Raspberry Pi

Tue Mar 12, 2019 10:38 pm

You may already deploy surveillance cameras around your house, motion detection is working as designed 'flooding'.
Want to have push notification to your mobile with recognized person name or unknown person event?
The world only AI camera is google nest iq camera, how about the cost ? $200 for one, $120 for AI on the cloud per year.

Now, we announce the same feature/quality open source project DeepCamera: https://github.com/SharpAI/DeepCamera
It was designed to run Deep Learning inference on ARM Mali GPU(T700+), after community contribution, also working on raspberry-pi 3b https://github.com/SharpAI/DeepCamera/b ... berryPi.md.

With deep camera, you can connect your raspberry pi to surveillance camera, then train your model to recognize known/unknown person through simply tap on a mobile app.

We promise this is the world-class production leveraging the-state-of-the-art deep learning tech:
ArcFace, MTCNN, Object Detection and REiD for production.

This might not the first time you've heard AutoML, but for embedding system / raspberry pi, we are the first of the world.

Currently we only have software decoder FFmpeg, is that possible to run hardware decoder FFmpeg on raspberry pi 3B?
