NASPi is a NUC-style NAS storage solution based on the latest Raspberry Pi 4. It supports 2.5-inch sata HDD/SSD. All the Raspberry Pi 4 interfaces are adjusted to the back through the X-C1 adapter board, build in software safety shutdown function, using PWM fan can dynamically adjust the speed of the fan according to the temperature of the CPU. The shell is made of all aluminum alloy, CNC processing method, surface anodizing treatment.

Make sure it uses an ASMedia chip and not the JMicron one for the USB3 to SATA.

You may want to look at the DeskPi Pro case which now uses the ASMedia chip and has the Ice Pi cooler. I ran mine with CPUBurn-A53 for three hours at 65C and no fan.

Geekworm NASPi 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD Kit for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B??

The NASpi 2.5 is an enclosure which allows the use of a 2.5" SATA drive with the Pi 4. It also provides a power switch and fan control.
For someone who wants to build a self contained NAS, it is a useful solution, particularly if you have a spare 2.5" drive to use.
It is comparable to the Argon ONE M.2 which supports an M.2 B key (SATA) drive. It's slightly more expensive than the Argon ONE but comparable in speed and SATA performance. The Argone ONE has an annoyingly audible fan, so the NASPi will be quieter if you want to hide in your living room.
Assembly is a bit more fiddly than the Argon ONE but Geekworm do provide a video guide.
A useful way of building a decent little NAS.

I recommend the Argon ONE M.2. Great case, programmable fan, SSD support, etc.
An RPi can be a gaming PC. As long as you have the right packages and software anyway.
Using a RPi4 8GB with Ubuntu Desktop 21.04, main interests are gaming and programming. Also occasionally uses two RPi3B+ and a RPi3B.
