Where to get power supply UK?

Just got my raspberry pi through at the weekend, and can't wait to get playing. But I'm unsure what power supply to get, can some recommend me one I'm a bit worried as there are so many on eBay. I don't want to break the pi.

read the wiki, which lists many working power supplies.
Beware of extremely cheap (two pound) Chinese power supplies, which "lie" about being 5V 1A, ones like this one:

I got one from RS that they recommend for use with the RPi (5V/1200 mA), when they were back in stock last week:

But it doesn't give links, well apart from official shop which states is under matience, and it just re.confirms my fear of getting a knockoff.

I'm using one of these surge suppressed by Masterplug with 2 X 1A USB outputs and it seems fine:

(I got mine for £5 in Sainsbury's just after Christmas when they were selling off stuff).

I'm using a Masterplug single USB 1.0A PSU purchased at Sainsbury and it works well. Sainsbury have their own brand which looks identical and is slightly cheaper but I've not tried one. A similar Masterplug black coloured one is on Screwfix (Sainsbury sell the white ones).

I have also used my 4 port Belkin powered hub F5U404-BLK which I can use one port to power the Raspberry Pi and I'm using 2 of the other ports for a wireless keyboard & USB memory stick. It's a tiny hub so trying to plug 4 items into it isn't great unless they are slim or you use an extension USB cable - but it's a neat solution to give sufficient power to the Pi and powered USB ports as well using a single 230V plug / supply rather than one supply for the Pi and another for a powered hub.

If you've an iPod / iPad / Kindle power supply these may also work.
