I have 3 questions.
1. Which Python's framework can be a video stream server via wifi. Just display video, not record it.

2. Is there any way to add two or more cameras in pi?

3. Can use a extend cable (I want to put the pi on the 3rd floor, and the camera on the 1st floor) to connect with pi and camera, and how?

If by "camera" you mean the RPi camera then the answers to your second and third questions are "no" and "almost certainly no".

For the first question: why do you think you need a Python Framework if all you want to do is stream the video? [The direct answer to your question is "I don't know."]
