Setting up the Raspberry Pi to use a VPN service

Tue Nov 18, 2014 6:29 pm

I'd like my always-on Pi to connect to the internet via a VPN. Does this require the VPN service provider to offer a client or is there a 'standard' client or such that can be used with configuration (such as the server, username, password)? Most VPN services offer downloads for desktop and mobile, but none of them offer a Pi download yet.

Thanks. I'll check 'em out. I'm pretty sure I searched for VPN, but all I could find was info on how to set up a VPN server.
