Runescape client on the RPi

Sat Aug 02, 2014 7:56 pm

https://github.com/HikariKnight/rsu-client/

1) How would the java based game run via that client (does not require gfx) run on minimum graphics
2) how do you build it

I figured the machine I played runescape on years ago had 512mb ram just a bit stronger processor so why not haha doing simple tasks at 3 fps is not an issue.

Thanks guys!

Seems it is for Linux x86 & x86-64 not the Pi's ARM Architecture
Rather than negativity think outside the box !
RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...

That's why I was wondering, since they have the source is it possible with some commands to compile it for ARM?

Are you sure this thing isn't dependant on fast desktop Open GL ?
The Pi doesn't support (fast) OpenGL , only Open GL ES.

• Don't like to search the forum BEFORE posting 'cos it's useless ? Try googling : yoursearchtermshere site:raspberrypi.org
