I am looking for a peripherals data sheet for my mod B rev2 raspberry pi board. It has a micron SoC (part# 3UA78 D9QHN).
BroadCom put out a datasheet for the BCM 2835 (http://www.raspberrypi.org/wp-content/u ... herals.pdf).
Some sites point to the 3<X>A78 D9QHN as being the BM1320 (http://elinux.org/RaspberryPi_Boards). I have searched the SoC OEM, many other forums, and this forum to no avail.
Does any have any direction to get this documentation.

The 2835 datasheet is the one you need.
The Micron chip is the RAM chip on top of the 2835, so it has the RAM part number not the 2835 one.
