RCA/Composite output not displaying

I used Pi in my TV many times, but its bit wield now.

After expansion rather installation, it gives a message box "Installation successful"
But when i press "Ok"
Its gone...!!!
Yellow light blinks for a while...
i use NOOBS_v1_3_2, been used it many times.

am so sorry, i havent even find config.txt to set any parameter in it...!!
Pls help me

I dont have a HDMI monitor so RCA is only a option as of now... :p

Did you remember to ensure that composite video (mode/keypress '3' or '4') was made permanent? (as I show here:
