TFT lcd screen. No idea how to make it work

Hi guys, now I recently bought raspberry pi along with a TFT lcd screen

Now I want to connect the screen to the pi but I have no idea how.

This is an image of the pi as well as the back of the screen. If you guys could help out here I would be so grateful.

There are quite a few forum posts about this type of screen, have you searched the forum? And what system are you running, so people can post appropriate advice for your OS?
