file transfer

hi i recently bought a pi. now i want to transfer files from my computer to the pi without using network. please instruct me how to do it?

The only way without a network connection is to remove the SD card from the Rpi and plug it into a sd adapter on your pc.

You could use a USB 'thumb' drive. Much easier than swapping the SD card.
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated RPiOS Buster w/ Desktop OS.
