I need some help. I want to play games on my pi and to do that I need a plug-in it says so I went and got adobe flash player but it did nothing can I plz have some help

I don't think a RPi is strong enough to run most games.
Flash games in particular are pretty recource intensive...
and donwload the plugin it says u need, maybe its not adobe flash

There is no Flash on the Pi and never will. Adobe has
dropped Flash for Android and Desktop Linux in favour of
HTML5 - based technologies (for those platforms at least).
