I've nev I turn the TV off, and the Pi (unceremoniously) loses power, and crashes.er checked the voltage levels though, so I have no idea how close I am to minimum voltages or currents.
W.r.t. "I turn the TV off, and the Pi (unceremoniously) loses power, and crashes." : Hopefully you've remembered to "sudo shutdown - h now" (or equivalent) and waited for the green "ACT" LED to stop flashing first - otherwise the "crash" could be permanent!
Still running Raspbian Jessie or Stretch on some older Pi's (an A, B1, B2, B+, P2B, 3xP0, P0W, 2xP3A+, P3B+, P3B, B+, A+ and a B2) but Buster on the P4B's. See: https://www.cpmspectrepi.uk/raspberry_pi/raspiidx.htm
