By "PC" I assume you mean windows + intel/AMD?
Given that the Pi is Linux + ARM (different OS, different CPU), and that the game is most likely a binary executable compiled for the "PC", it won't run.
It might work if it's a cross-platform program (e.g. Java), but remember that the Pi is about on par with a 200MHz Pentium
(games tend to be very demanding).
