Are you checking the checksum of the .zip file you downloaded, or of the unzipped contents? I believe the checksum is for the .zip file.

The "3613d5c1c29e9c1f17e274dfe9444bf8b9b3682" value is very similar to the value I get from checking an unzipped image. So close, in fact, that I could quite believe that the above sum had been typed by hand with typos, rather than copy/paste.
Compare the two...
Apart from the fact the reported one is the wrong length... just a bit too close to be a co-incidence. I'd say the OP has a correctly downloaded file.
