Have Pi B model, Whezzy, using Apple aluminum Keyboard in USA. Cannot find correct config. Example: backslash result in pound sign, @ results in UK pound sign. Can you please inform me of the correct config. selection.

Use raspi-config (sudo raspi-config) and choose the option to set keyboard layout.

OK ... Thank you very much. Everything is corrected except the # (pound hash still returns) the British pound sign. That may not be a problem.
