There are loads of websites out there with ideas on Raspi use/projects etc. I'd give Google a go.

I've been saying "Mucho" to my Spanish friend a lot more lately. It means a lot to him.

Hi,

It is always a challenge to start off with, you want to do something but have no idea where to start, loads of projects on the web, but they seem difficult and also you wish to be different an unique, but we all start somewhere.

A great tutor of mine gave me this.

Write a program to solve simultaneous linear equations using Cramer's rule.

print solution to screen, then to file, look for errors in the input.

After that try

Read an ASCII file and count the number of unique characters in the file, look for control characters.

then

read a text file and convert all characters to lower/upper case using bit wise operation

BTW you can't use any built in functions, this is your solution

No solution is wrong, but the answer must be correct.

All the best
