berryboot loads old OS version

Fri Mar 29, 2013 3:53 am

Yes, I tried them directly and too many hoops to jump through to even send them an email! So here I am.

After running the 2013-02-09 Rasbian Wheezy from a SD card for a couple of weeks wanted new fresh install and decided to try berryboot for same. Downloaded this morning and it installed 2012 OS for me! Needless to say this isn't good. I'd been having problems setting up my little nano wireless USB device and wanted to start fresh.

Any suggestions to get them to change the link to get the 2013-02-09 rasbian wheezy?

Thanks,
lbas

A little searching over the past several days on "berryboot" and "whezian' and this came up:
Because we are currently using the 2012.12.16 image, and not the 2013.02.09 one.
Do a "sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get upgrade" if you wish to upgrade.

Together with the simple way to have the latest which I followed. Now back to the wifi problems. I may be a rank beginner but these problems don't seem suited to one.
