Webcam streaming but no display

I set up my webcam using the simple instructions located here: http://pingbin.com/2012/12/raspberry-pi ... er-motion/

When I go into my Windows machine to see the video I get a dialog box instead that asks if I want to open or save the download. Either option shows that there is data being streamed but I get no display. I can also verify that starting and stopping the video service on the Pi causes the camera to turn on/off as it should and the data stream to start/stop. Is there some plug-in that is needed to tell Internet Explorer to display the data instead of asking to download it? I have no problems with my various security cameras nor with Skype but they all came with their own plug-ins. I did try to leave a comment on the instruction website but never saw it get posted.

Internet Explorer doesn't play with webcam streams without extra plugins. Almost anything else will work straight off, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, take your pick.

Ok, installed Foxfire and it works. Thanks for that. I'd still like to get it working with Internet Explorer if anyone has a solution.

Found a post that suggested Chrome Frame as an Internet Explorer add-on but that did not work.

All the ones I've seen have been commercial systems sold with IP cameras.
