Bluetooth problems

Hello. I just started to play around with the raspberry pi, i'm using it to learn Python and Java.
I have a couple of online courses and I would like to take them on the Pi.
My problem is:
I have a pair of sony wf1000xm3 earplugs, and i'm not getting to pair via bluetooth to the pi. I'm tried searching on google and I couldn't find or understand how to fix this issue.
I only get a window that says "Paring Failed - GDBus.Error:org.bluez.Error.AuthenticationFailed:AuthenticationFailed"
I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this... Cuz I'm not making any progress with this. Thank you very much.
