Change resolution?

Wed Apr 29, 2020 9:11 pm

Hello everyone! I have tried my best to investigate and be able to solve this problem, but have been unable. I have a Raspberry Pi 4 B (4gb ram) with Batocera 5.25, the problem is that my TV is 4K and the games are not working "fluently". I am sure that if I can change the resolution to 1080 (full HD) or 720p everything would be better. I don't know how to exit the interface to access the Linux configuration, or how to modify the resolution.
I thank you in advance for any help!
A greeting!

i'm thinking either try "ctrl+alt+t" see if it brings up a terminal
otherwise you can try the tty's "ctrl+alt+any f1->f7 key"

if you can get a console you can just nano the /boot/config.txt with your settings.

Thanks friend for your answer, although that has not worked, even with ctrl + alt and all the keys nothing happened.
Other idea?
Thank you!

brilliant! I have seen the tutorial, what happens is that I connect from Windows, I do not have Linux to be able to open a terminal and configure Batocera remotely. I have another option? editing some configuration file for example?
