black screen RBP4

hi there,
so i install noobs on my raspberry and that looks fine but after the reboot the screen stays black.
i used a micro hdmi to hdmi cable in to a monitor.

Try installing NOOBS again.
Or, flash the SD card with Raspbian using Etcher. A good tutorial is here:

Also... are you using a proper Power Supply? Consider that RPI4 should be powered with a 5V - 3A power supply, so if you are using a common Smartphone power supply not able to provide enought amperage your RPI could not boot...

What make/model etc. of monitor? Have you (can you) enable SSH and a network connection by adding the appropriate files to the uSDHC card? What do the (red) PoWeR and (green) ACTivity leds do when you power up the P4B?
