Raspberry PI4 UART2

Is it possible to use UART2 in Raspberry PI4?

As I see in the datasheet UART2 pins(GPIO0, GPIO1) used as ID_SD/ID_SC.

I've seen this, but nether found an answer.

As I see in the official datasheet I must leave UART2 pins unconnected (ID_SD = GPIO0 =TXD2 pin, ID_SC = GPIO1 = RXD2 pin)

How to use UART2 if I must not connect UART2 PINS?
