Raspberry Pi W Zero (raspbian)

Hi guys , I used to pi w zero and rasperry while running gives wifi connection problem Meanwhile image goes on the screen I can't download files because there is no connection I can't browse the browser even though there is internet What should i do can you give some advice? Thats my software version "Raspbian Buster with desktop and recommended software"
And i cant update Python 3.7.4 help me pls
