Hi everyone,
I have a Raspberry pi 3b with Raspbian Buster and an external hard disk USB 2.0 .
I have the following problem: when raspi boots, it doesn't see the hard disk.
I have to manually switch off the hdd (it has it's own power supplier) disconnect the USB and then switch on again and connect the USB.
After three/four times it finally works and the hard disk is mounted automatically.

It was a problem of power consumption. I removed the keyboard dongle and now it's working fine.
