Connecting E-Ink display to Raspberry Pi Zero

Hello,
Is there a possibility of connecting ED060SCE (https://aliexpress.com/item/32802051655.html) to Raspberry Pi Zero. If yes, how to do that.

Almost certainly not possible to connect directly to a RPi. And finding/constructing what electronics you would need between the two is likely to be beyond anyone who needed to ask the question you asked. :(

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately this may work only if you can find an interface card from the cable to SPI.

It looks like the screen has the raw data connector and needs something like https://www.mikroe.com/eink-click to connect it to the Pi. You would then need to be able to write the control software and then the high level code to use it.

Note - I am not saying the above card will work with the screen. It is only as an example :D
