Best way to use my raspberrypi to control some motors

Mon Feb 18, 2019 11:01 pm

Hi
I would like to use my raspberrypi to control some motors and would like these motors to get there power from the same battery. The battery has only one usb port that I use for the raspberrypi and the obvious way to connect the supply voltage to the 5V pins, but these pins are so small so it is only space to connect a tiny breadboard cable and I would prefer something thicker. Is there a way to connect a thicker cable to a 5V output from the raspberrypi?
Thanks for answer!
